Monday...

Today was a Monday!
This week our Spelling/Word Wall Words are: go, in, on.
We did a little Kagan and brainstormed words with the in rime.  We came up with some GREAT ones...I forgot to take a picture of them...

This week in reading we will be working on identifying the author's purpose for the books that are in our book boxes.  I think this one has it!

In math we are talking about Greater than and Less than. Throughout the week we will be using different tools to help us. Today we introduced the number line! We played a game called bigger smaller.  One little in the classroom closed his/her eyes and I showed everyone else a number.  The little that was guessing would say a number. The rest of us were to say, "Greater or Less than the number they guessed."
