Wednesday!

It sounds as if Lightning Bolt had another AMAZING adventure!  (hmmm...his life is more exciting than MINE)  Not only did he get to hang with Molise but Milana and the triplets as well!

And over the weekend there was a PARTY at their house!  S'mores and Nevaeh's family too!!! WOW...

Guided Reading!  So...I've started reading with some groups this week...books/folders/homework...
SHOULD be ready to go home next week!
This group, after reading Me Too! did a little character compare/contrast.  We used a bubble map and yes...just went ahead and wrote right on the table!

I must also add here...that our read to self time is OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing!  We have proven to ourselves that we CAN read for 45 min. However, 30 is about max without some little breaks in there!  Today, everyone got a punch for the job they did!

Our First in Show...Brought in a Scooby-Doo MYSTERY to share with us!  I did the reading but this sweet little showed the pictures!

Science this week is all about the bass...OOOPS I mean the SEASONS and their characteristics.

We are creating trees that will show how it changes throughout the seasons of the year!

Homework...Like I said...hopefully, we will be up and running next week. Homework will consist of 10 min of reading and comprehension discussion, and then 5-10 minutes of something else of your CHOICE...Spelling, writing or math.  I have linked some sites (places to visit) to help with practice.  (Spelling city, spelling words are already loaded, Xtramath, I will be giving you more information on that at conferences, Pig "Tales", writing, I will be giving you more information at conferences and Student learning Hub)

Thanks for all you do and for sharing your littles with me!
