MATH
This week in math we have talked A LOT about making friendly numbers... We found it was MUCH easier to add 10 to numbers than it was to add a string of smaller numbers...
EXAMPLE:
6+4+7=  We changed that to 10+7 =17.
Look at this little!WAY TO THINK!!!

LANGUAGE
We have done some pair share (Kagan Strategy). I love to listen in to the conversations/explanations! They seem to be so free with one another...then I ask them to explain their thinking and "I forgot!"
