Have a...

While you are out and about this holiday week...Please don't forget about our Angel Boy!  His bag
is looking deflated... Gifts are due DEC. 1, 2014!

Watch Dog Dad: Mr. Shinneman was able to come and spend the day with Liam and all of the Lightning Bolts!
Thanks so much for taking time out of your schedule to be at Spears.
A couple weeks ago we had Mr. Pashby here!  I, unfortunately, dropped the ball and did not get a picture of Lucas and his dad!
THANKS TO ALL DADS who can come and experience Elementary School again!

Math: Lots of coin observing, sorting and identifying!

When we return we will move onto using our balanced equation knowledge.  We will start showing different ways to make a nickel or dime or quarter!

Past and Present!

We also worked on making a timeline of the first Thanksgiving. Who KNEW that place value and our knowledge of ABC order would help us to do that!!!!

The First Thanksgiving (reader's theater)
I wish we had so much more time to do the cute stuff with costumes and props...but there just are not enough hours in the week.  But the most important part of this activity was to work on our fluency and expression!  I think we sound pretty good!  ENJOY

Turkey Projects:  The best I've EVER seen! Thanks for all of your involvement!

Super STAR Student:

A HEALTHY LUNCH at it's BEST!

Look how COLORFUL!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
for this pick me up! It's EXACTLY what I needed yesterday!
